Terms of Service
WANDERIVATRIX LLC
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Wanderivatrix LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and bespoke travel offerings. By engaging with Wanderivatrix LLC—whether browsing our website, requesting a consultation, or booking travel services—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2. Description of Services
Wanderivatrix LLC specializes in curating bespoke luxury travel experiences worldwide. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Personalized itinerary design and travel planning
- Reservation of accommodations, transportation, activities, and experiences
- Concierge support before, during, and after your journey
- Access to exclusive partners, venues, and local experts
- Travel documentation guidance and logistical coordination
Each journey is custom-crafted; services, availability, and pricing are subject to change based on client preferences, supplier terms, and external factors.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
Initial Consultation & Proposal
Travel planning begins with a consultation. Upon approval of a preliminary itinerary, a formal proposal with itemized costs will be provided. No reservations are made until written confirmation and deposit payment are received.
Deposits & Final Payment
A non-refundable design fee or deposit (typically 25–50% of total estimated cost) secures your booking and initiates service procurement. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise specified in your itinerary agreement.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant systems. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated; currency fluctuations may affect final amounts for international bookings.
Price Changes
Quoted prices are estimates until confirmed in writing. Final costs may vary due to supplier rate changes, currency exchange fluctuations, taxes, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any material changes before final confirmation.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a seamless travel experience, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information (passport details, health requirements, preferences)
- Secure appropriate travel documentation (visas, passports, vaccinations) well in advance
- Review all itinerary details, confirmations, and supplier terms before departure
- Maintain valid travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation
- Comply with local laws, customs, and supplier policies at all destinations
- Notify Wanderivatrix immediately of any changes to contact information or travel needs
Wanderivatrix is not liable for delays, denials, or complications arising from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Wanderivatrix website and in our deliverables—including text, graphics, logos, itinerary designs, photographs, and proprietary methodologies—is the exclusive property of Wanderivatrix LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of itinerary materials for your travel purposes is permitted.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wanderivatrix LLC acts as an independent contractor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, guides, etc.). We exercise reasonable care in selecting reputable partners but do not own or operate these services.
- Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including service failures, cancellations, or safety incidents
- Travel delays, itinerary changes, or disruptions due to weather, political unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events
- Personal injury, illness, loss of property, or emotional distress during travel
- Inaccuracies in supplier-provided information (descriptions, images, amenities, ratings)
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid to Wanderivatrix LLC for the specific booking in question.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wanderivatrix LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms or applicable laws
- Your conduct during travel or interactions with suppliers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to our services or other users.
10. Termination
Wanderivatrix LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is unlawful.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law shall survive termination.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado.

13. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver unless expressly stated in writing.
14. Entire Agreement
